We hiked there for 2 hours, then in the afternoon in August we stood in front of a closed door “room hours” . Very sad. Quality and reliability, that's what Switzerland once stood for. Those times are probably over. Very unfortunate. So on to Italy.

No customer orientation, very little hospitality and attention and sometimes even unfriendly. We didn't feel welcome. Larger groups (despite reservations) are apparently not welcome. Very unfortunate.

Great to combine with a nice walk/hike. Great terrace and friendly service. Don't forget to reserve if you are a bigger group.
