Gen O Ice Cream - Feedback

What Sarah V doesn't like about Gen O Ice Cream:
After hearing so much about their fantastic ice cream and customer service, we made the 20 minute drive to give it a try. The guy helping us was clearly new and the woman he had asked for assistance from seemed inconvenienced by his questions. This place has convenient entrance and parking areas and also has a drive up for ice cream orders. They offer some assorted hot food items, as well, such as subs, pizza, and at times, broaster chicken. There is an inside area for family and friends to dine, as well.
