Website says Open 24 hours and they were closed @11pm Wasted 30 minutes making stop for nothing. Employee was in drive thru window, saw us pull in, and let us wait at order board for almost 10 minutes before telling us they were closed. UPDATE YOURHOURS ON WEBSITE.
Went to this location today and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of us in line. The employee taking the orders was clearly confused during the entire process and it was very apparent she was the bottleneck causing the delays, wehad to repeat the order several times for a very basic order. Food was cold, cold fries, cold beef and cheddar, and we did notget what we requested. There are several places to choose from to eat in this area, do not waste your time going to thislocation.
Got my order in 30 minutes and when asked for receipt ???? they didn?t provide. Slowest working human beings here. Arby?s ??????? ???????? Get some better employees.
Not the workers fault but ridiculously understaffed so very long wait times. Not fast, fast food.
Edit: Or maybe you could update your hours on google maps! Better yet be open better hours. Not opening till 9 am but says 24 hours. You are in a truck stop, if staffing is a problem at least open by 6. We run all hours and this not being open early orlate for drivers is
