We recently moved to the area and decided to visit this charming bakery on a Tuesday for a pasty. It has a cozy, diner-like atmosphere and offers freshly baked bread, pastries, coffee, and a wonderful selection of pasties. You can choose to dine in, take out fresh or frozen options, or even call ahead to place an order. It's truly a hidden gem! Just a heads up: make sure to bring cash, as I didn't notice a credit card machine.

Avoid this place unless you're a regular who comes for their pasties. Even when they have them fresh out of the oven, they are typically reserved for regulars who are in the know, as mentioned by the blonde staff member behind the counter.

Their pasties are unquestionably the best in the North Woods! Their pastries are excellent as well.

If you're in the area, you MUST stop at Randall Bakery! The food, service, atmosphere, smell, and selection are spectacular. We come once per year for breakfast and let the kids get everything they want, from donuts, to pasties, to unique heritage treats, it's all amazing. A foreign exchange student from Czech Republic was with us, and felt right at home; commenting that the Kolache was excellent! If you're still reading this, get off your phone and go to Randall Bakery! You'll be very pleased with your decision.BONUS: Nanette's Knits is a great shop that is just a few doors down.
