Our drink order was finally taken after 8, and we didn't sit down at our table until after 8:30. We didn't receive our food until just after 9, and there were no apologies. It seemed like they prioritized walk-ins or overbooked customers over those who had reservations.

Very pushy for drinks and food was poor and small, wont be returning again

We were a table of 4 and we all really enjoyed our meal. Service was great, we didn't need to wait for our drinks to be topped up.

I booked a table for 7:30pm for... read more This is the third time we have visited this restaurant. Last night was for my husband’s birthday. It was a Monday and Halloween. I booked a table for 7:30pm for 3. The first time we visited the restaurant in August everything went really well. Great food and service. Second visit was a Friday night and the service was poor but again the food was good. I thought I would give it another go as the poor service could just have been a one off!! How wrong I was. Only one other family in the restaurant when we arrived and they soon left leaving us the only people in the whole place you would have thought that this would have resulted in excellent service but it was completely the opposite. The owner treated us like we were a complete inconvenience! Never smiled huffing and puffing at us. There was a young man who rolled his eyes every time we asked for anything. Only one member of staff who smiled and was polite. It was such an awful experience if it wasn’t for the fact that it was my husband’s birthday and that the food was nice I really wanted to leave. We will not be visiting again. If you do not want people to come to your restaurant on a Monday night then please don’t take the booking! I so wish we had gone somewhere else!!! Disappointed and upset that my husband’s birthday meal was spoilt!!!
