I love fresh tuna but the preparation and cook... read more I would love to say we had an enjoyable time like other visits, however the tuna main course was not as expected. I love fresh tuna but the preparation and cooking of this was truly horrendous, it was sent back for further cooking however was really no better when it came back out but I think it’s because it wasn’t prepared right in the first place. The tuna was served as a big chunk and not the dainty prep I’ve previously had. We were offered free drinks a couple of times however when my preference was to remove the wine from our bill the waitress got really sassy. The tuna was removed off our bill but in all honesty this experience has put me off fresh tuna for life and due to how we were treated I will never visit again. There were other issues; as pescatarians, 2 out of the 3 starter choices were not available and despite ordering a bottle of pinot they served us a pricier white wine and practically called me a liar when I queried the bill despite the people I was with clearly hearing me order pinot. Your staff need better training on customer service as our belated meal to celebrate Mother’s Day was ruined by bad food and a sassy waitress
