The atmosphere was further tainted by unruly children and unsatisfactory staff interactions, with reports of rudeness and inappropriate behavior. While some acknowledged the freshness of the food and a willing staff striving to provide good service, the overall experience was marred by chaos and cleanliness issues. Consequently, many diners expressed their discontent, vowing never to return to this particular establishment again. A disappointing outing for a once-reliable favorite.

The woman working at the counter was very disrespectful. I will not be returning to this establishment. Perhaps I should say she was larger in size. Who knows.
You usually expect consistency from KFC no matter where you go, but this particular location was disappointing. The service was impersonal, the ordering process was tedious, and my food bag arrived quickly but missing items. There were no sauces, napkins, or forks for the sides, and I later realized that not everything was in the food box after I had left. The chips were soggy, the bun was stale, and overall it was a subpar experience. I do not plan on returning.
This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. We had a £20 order and ended up throwing it all in the bin because most of the chicken was raw and some pieces were even pink. We complained to head office and sent them pictures.
The staff are shocking here one actually swore at me in front of my kids told me if I wanted my food I will have to f ing wait if I didn't already pay I would of walked out something seriously needs to be done about the staff
Purchased 10 piece bargain bucket from glasshoughton store castleford what an absolute load of ****. Cold, poor quality chicken, gravy cold n tasted like cardboard even the taste was horrible, and £18.99 just for chicken n have to purchase fries separately. Never again. Utter rubbish
