The order screens d... read more Fantastic staff on the day. Helped me and my partner bring our baby up the stairs in her pram. The chicken and food was lovely and warm too. The order screens don't seem to work though. They may as well be ornamental. But besides that, it's brilliant. Would highly recommend!

The service was impersonal, the ordering process was tedious, and my food bag arrived quickly but missing items. There were no sauces, napkins, or forks for the sides, and I later realized that not everything was in the food box after I had left. The chips were soggy, the bun was stale, and overall it was a subpar experience. I do not plan on returning.

The woman working at the counter was very disrespectful. I will not be returning to this establishment. Perhaps I should say she was larger in size. We had a £20 order and ended up throwing it all in the bin because most of the chicken was raw and some pieces were even pink. We complained to head office and sent them pictures.
