Fantastic eating in wakefield, eating is always fresh. personal always friendly, would highly recommend to go if they are looking for somewhere to eat. first class

Must be at place for burger huh in wakefield (city center! 1. Tasty quality burger: we go in the rule for the chicken sandwich, firecracker burger, rice box 2 x milkshakes; all halal; burgers are beautiful size and very filling; the firecracker is spicy, so beware ; rice box has a nice balance between huhn and rice (the amount of huh, rice is on the bland side, but works nicely with the huh; milkshakes place! 2. many seats minimum waiting time: 8 10 stands with plenty of seating (in the rule 6 per stand; family-friendly; we went around the lunchtime we got our food in 10 minutes; american diner feel to decorate, we liked it! 3. customer service: courtesy and at the point, glad to give them recommendations if they are 4. bedroom facilities: for those who are so inclined, ghousia masjid 10 minutes to walk away 5. parking possibility threefoldity: must use the parking lot

We sat down and chose our meals then went up and ordered. It was after we had decided our meals that the woman told us they had no milkshakes or water: not a good start. When we tried to pay with cash they said they had no change: again, would've been useful to know on entry. We then had to wait 30 mins for our order, something which I regard as too long for a fast food restaurant. Whilst eating, we then noticed our popcorn chicken was missing, although they promptly fixed the issue. On the plus side, the food was good, however it wasn't exceptional. The floor was sticky and overall the eating experience was not optimal. The woman serving us helped us when required which is an average standard for this sort of restaurant. I recommend going to Burger King or similar for a better experience, as their service is much faster and easier.

The food was okay, would say Burger King is a better option for food. Very greasy and over priced. ‘Kids eat free’ but the man changed me for my child’s meal, even though we qualified. They didn’t have any change to give me that’s fine I just find it rude how the man didn’t mention that kids eat free. Felt very sorry for the girl working, brown hair/glasses. She seemed to be doing everything while all the men stood and chatted but they made sure if anything needed doing, the poor girl was made to do it. She was lovely and I felt she wasn’t appreciated, when she was doing everything!

Upon arrival we got shouted at to come in through the door whilst the guy was at the other side of the restaurant. One of the items we ordered was the chicken waffle, they stated they didn’t have waffles so I asked them to replace it with bread which they refused to do and said it wasn’t an option... then they had no Fanta available. The staff were rude and clearly didn’t care about customer service. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Poor poor service.
