However, during this time when many places are understaffed and struggling to find good employees, this KFC stands out for its exceptional hiring and training practices. I visit this location frequently, as it's one of the few convenient options for my lunch breaks. They've never gotten my order wrong, and the service has always been extremely friendly! The staff is welcoming and genuinely pleasant to interact with, which is not something you often find in fast food environments—especially at many KFCs. Clearly, they are doing something right!

They've got new management, a fresh renovation, and it's a significant improvement from what it used to be. I have to give credit where it's due! The chicken was hot, my order was correct, and the staff was really on top of everything. They're constantly cleaning, which is great to see. The wait was definitely worth it! I've missed my KFC fix, and I'll definitely be returning! Kudos to the upgraded KFC—it was well overdue!

Last time I we... read more Sunday afternoon around 2:25 I stopped by and got a 12 piece bucket and not only did they get my sides wrong they shorted me 3 pieces of chicken. Last time I went my sides were wrong and the time before that I got dark meat for white meat. And may I add Sunday they weren't even busy

It’s 5:20 and I have to call the store to ask because it’s pou... read more THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO! Ordered at the drive thru at 5 and was told to pull to the front. It’s 5:20 and I have to call the store to ask because it’s pouring. And was asked to get down, and bring the receipt because no one knew about my order. I ask for a refund, and the manager, Akira, or something like that, asked for my card with the nastiest attitude, I tell her I’m not running back outside with my 5 year old, who’s already soaking wet, and she just throws the receipt and gets on her phone, and says “I’m dealing with a rude customer” EXCUSE ME??!!! Never apologized, didn’t even try to fix the situation, and just walked away. One of the ladies at the drive thru was the only one who apologized and actually showed her face. I don’t understand how people like that manager have that position, even at KFC! It’s ridiculous.
