However, during this time when many places are understaffed and struggling to find good employees, this KFC stands out for its exceptional hiring and training practices. I visit this location frequently, as it's one of the few convenient options for my lunch breaks. They've never gotten my order wrong, and the service has always been extremely friendly! The staff is welcoming and genuinely pleasant to interact with, which is not something you often find in fast food environments—especially at many KFCs. Clearly, they are doing something right!

They've got new management, a fresh renovation, and it's a significant improvement from what it used to be. I have to give credit where it's due! The chicken was hot, my order was correct, and the staff was really on top of everything. They're constantly cleaning, which is great to see. The wait was definitely worth it! I've missed my KFC fix, and I'll definitely be returning! Kudos to the upgraded KFC—it was well overdue!

Today we finished a marathon 16 hour drive from Maine and KFC was convenient. Tha was a mistake. I ordered a 12pc chicken tender meal not a big thing bit again out of tenders. Worse they pieced some other chicken pieces with their batter and tried to create a tender. Not sure what was worse biting into a breaded bone or that they thought I'm some dumb **** who wouldn't know better. 25years I the restaurant business and I can say thianis the worst one I've seen with a record of poor management. 40 dollars for this is just not acceptable. Customer gone for ever. And if the owner sees this getnoff your buty and got to your restaurant and fix it or risk loosing more customers. I will fo out of my way for Popeyes.

It's what you expect from KFC. But the drive thru is always backed up. So this time I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the huge line.The problem is that I showed up when they said my food would be ready and the dining room is closed. So I have to wait in the drive thru line while my food is getting cold inside. Who knows how long it will take to get through the line.Come here if you are hungry for KFC. But don't bother ordering online. It's completely pointless.
