This is the second time we tried this location. First time we came it was right after this location opened. The food was not as good as the original location. The food is now just as good. We really enjoyed our meal. It was very busy on the night we went. Even though they are still on modified hrs and short staffed, the service was excellent and the food was good. View all feedback.

The staff was nice. With that said, I had a terrible food experience at Gonza Taco Y Tequila in Wake Forest, NC. The food was cold and generic, and it tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. Best Mexican style food I have had in a long time. Had the Lako Taco, Fajita, and quesadillas. Very good! The tortilla soup wasn’t so great and that might be because I don’t like avocado so you might like it Ended with churros for dessert. All the food came out hot and tasty. The decor is “to die for” The customer service was excellent. Everyone besides our waitress( Thank you Jordan was checking in on us and everyone else. True teamwork. I danced the entire time I was eating New to the area and I think we found a new favorite spot. Will definitely come back to dine in again.

Great food. Tacos (I had chicken) was delicious. Chips were fresh as tacos were. Tasty but not overly spicy (I personally would prefer a bit spicier but it was very good nonetheless). My server Gabriela was friendly and food was ready quickly. Honestly as a Latin it’s difficult to understand how that place wasn’t busier. Highly recommend.
Awesome food with a excellent selection and variety. The food was really fresh and the salsa was amazing. The Mexican flag is great with 3 different enchiladas. The decor is great inside as well.
The tacos are always good, but I tried the Plantano for the first time and the flavors were incredible! Busy place, great for a group of friends, loud and boisterous, very fun. Also has outdoor seating. Recommend reservations for a group on a weekend night. Friendly folks!
