This past Friday night my family and I went out to eat at this restaurant for my mother’s birthday. We ordered an appetizer, drinks as well as our food. We received our food before the appetizer and I assume the waitress didn’t even put the appetizer in. So I just told her to take the appetizer off the bill. My family and I ordered two steaks Medium, one steak medium well, and the other well done. Our steaks came out medium well for the two that ordered medium. Then my daughter received well done instead of medium well and the one that ordered well done received a steak that was medium well. Each steak was $60 each so you would expect that it would be prepared the way you wanted it. After telling the waitress she blamed the people who brought the steaks which wasn’t their fault it was the one who clearly cooked the steaks. Then the waitress avoided us like the plague. The manager came out and apologized she was very nice and gave us one steak to take home with two desserts. They brought the dessert out and she came right behind them with another dessert because they brought out the wrong one. This was my first experience going to this restaurant and after paying over $200 for a meal my family and I didn’t nget what we paid for. We will not ever go back to this restaurant. I hope no one has to experience what we did at this restaurant.
Farm Table Innovative Fresh Fare As soon as you walk in the door you are plunged into a rich, warm welcoming ambience. The staff is professional, amiable and adept at anticipating the needs of the diners. The food in a word mouthwatering! We enjoyed the following dishes: Crab Topped Shrimp $16) five Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with Crab and garnished with a flavorful Chive Remoulade and Citrus Zest Fisherman’s Stew $29) a generous pot of Fish, Shrimp, Mussels and Herbs swimming in a zesty Tomato Broth served with crusty Focaccia Bread Short Ribs $28) tender succulent boneless Ribs on top of a hearty Root Vegetable Hash of Potatoes, Carrots, Haricot Verts, Parsnip, Turnips and Rutabaga Seared Salmon $29) perfectly prepared Salmon Loin on a bed of creamy Wild Mushroom Risotto and crowned with a bouquet of crispy roasted Asparagus NOTE: Because Farm Table serves seasonal fare, the menu changes frequently. My one complaint concerns the wine list, which includes mostly higher priced choices especially for the red wines) and very little in the every day price range. Overall, however, dinner at Farm Table was a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience. I highly recommend it.
Had a business dinner last night and as usual it was fantastic. Service was impeccable. My associate had the ribs and said they were awesome. I had the Salmon dish and mine was as well. Highly recommend!
