Domino's Pizza - Wake Forest

Updated: Manager Delores reached out to me and resolved the issue and even offered to give us a free meal next time we order. Problem solved. 7/16/18 I ordered here a lot but when I called for the first time regarding a soggy thin crust pizza with no sauce the manager could care less saying I had passed the 6 hour same day complaint period and said “the managers” decided they would not honor a complaint called in the next day. I should have called right away instead of enjoying a Friday night dinner with my family. There are plenty of other -better- pizza shops like Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and Pizza Amore right down the street. Thanks Dominos. You have lost my business from now on. So Sad. Over a $5 medium pizza you screwed up and refused to care. Poor service. Would NOT recommend this store.

Came in tonight to get a pizza and some Parmesan bites. They were really backed up and only had two people working and still were amazing. I met a guy named cruze thereAnd he was really friendly. It was also a guy on oven who took my order it was really nice. I work in the food business too so I understand how stressful it can be with all the orders. They were polite really nice and helpful. Even with all the giant orders they had ahead of me, They still cut my order out pretty fast. For a store that was understaffed that night, and had a lot of orders they did amazing. I am unfortunately moving away to Winston, but whenever I come visit Wake Forest I will 100% come here.

Tonight we ordered a pizza. not only was it never delivered, but it was never even started after this handy Dandy tracker. I thought maybe there was a technical problem with the website, but after about an hour call while the load was still open, no one ever answered the phone. I have to say, very shocking. we have to get someone else to get a refund and have not heard of anyone. super disappointed. who is responsible for this place and where are they?

I put a delivery order tonight at 6:45 a.m. and the order came after an hour and fifteen minutes. the command was cold and when I called the load, the manager told me that it was normal. I wouldn't recommend this place. I wish I could have given them a zero star because that's exactly what they deserve.

Go to walmart position, this is not good. they didn't get part of my pizza right. all green tweepers and paprikas. they put pineapple and olives on all the thing when it should be half. the personal was in order, but after I had left a review on the app to let them know that I didn't get the right order, they called me and left me a fairly passive aggressive voicemail. will not be at this place again. walmart's on, but it's better. I've never had a problem.
