Courtney’s New York Bagels Deli

The service was quicker than expected for a Saturday morning. The employee who assisted me was a bit impersonal as he was chatting with another coworker while attending to me. In my experience in food service, I was always instructed not to engage in small talk while serving a customer, but it seems like he didn't receive the same training. I ordered a sesame bagel, but was surprised to find that it had very few sesame seeds on it. Despite this, the bagel was tasty, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of sesame seeds.

We used to frequent Courtney's often, but after a recent experience, we will not be returning. The employee working there completely messed up our order, giving us plain bagels instead of cheddar bagels with no mayo and leaving out the cheese. When we asked about the missing cheese and mayo, he was very rude and told us we were being unreasonable. We have never been impolite to him, but we have decided to take our business elsewhere. When paying $6.99 for a bagel, customers expect to receive the correct order. Do not support this poorly managed restaurant.

Don't go here. the owner is incredibly rude and speaks with their customers as they are, has a bad attitude, and instead just kindly explain, a lack will talk to them how they should understand their situation and inventory and just never ask. I was a regular customer and this person will never get a dime of my hard earned money again.

Fantastic service, not good bagels. black coffee was ok, hot. I'm glad to see the sign that said "ny bagel" but was disappointed. not a real ny bagel.

Feel bad for these workers. Had 5 older white guys in there. All acting like complete intiled a-holes. Young adults behind the counter handled it perfectly.
