However, since relocating to this area, this location has become the most convenient for us, and it has not met our expectations. The service has been inconsistent, and we often have to wait even when there are plenty of tables open. I suspect this is due to a shortage of staff. Furthermore, the removal of the onion petals from the menu has significantly decreased my desire to dine here, especially with so many better options nearby that have comparable prices.

Unfo... read more We used to love going to this restaurant before COVID! It was always lively, with quick and friendly service, and everything was clean with delicious food. Unfortunately, it's not as busy now, and the service has gone downhill. I noticed a 90.0 rating, but the chips were greasy, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything around me because of the dust and dirty floors. I only stayed because I had a gift certificate; otherwise, I would have left. I'm very disappointed because this was once a place we truly enjoyed!

When my daughter picked up the order curbside, she and her brother checked it, as I always teach them to do, and noticed they had received 4 cheeseburgers instead. After I sent them a screenshot of the menu order summary, they contacted the restaurant to have the hamburgers remade well done. However, when they got home and distributed the food, one of the cheeseburgers was still pink and not well done. After a long day at work, my husband had to call another local restaurant to order a properly cooked cheeseburger and then go out again to pay for an additional meal because Chili's Grill did not fulfill the order correctly. With rising inflation and gas prices, this level of service is unacceptable.

I waited about 10 minutes with my drink... read more I visited Chili's around 9 PM when it wasn't very busy. The bartender took my order and made my drink, then walked away. I waited about 10 minutes with my drink untouched and couldn’t find the bartender. Eventually, the manager came over, and I asked about my drink. It was overly sweet and hadn’t been shaken properly. I ordered hamburger sliders without cheese or ranch, but they arrived with cheese, so I had to scrape it off. It took 30 minutes for the sliders to arrive, and although they were supposed to be without bacon, there were 1 or 2 pieces on them. The fries were greasy and had a chewy texture. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, but the manager did remove the burgers from the bill.
