However, since relocating to this area, this location has become the most convenient for us, and it has not met our expectations. The service has been inconsistent, and we often have to wait even when there are plenty of tables open. I suspect this is due to a shortage of staff. Furthermore, the removal of the onion petals from the menu has significantly decreased my desire to dine here, especially with so many better options nearby that have comparable prices.

The rice was a bit stale... read more The bartender was excellent. I ordered a Mango Margarita for $5.89, and it was delicious. The chili chicken fingers were very good too. The rice was a bit stale, but they promptly replaced it with my choice of side without any fuss. The music was nice as well. All in all, it was a delightful happy hour spent by myself.

Unfortunately, it's not as busy now, and the service has gone downhill. I noticed a 90.0 rating, but the chips were greasy, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything around me because of the dust and dirty floors. I only stayed because I had a gift certificate; otherwise, I would have left. I'm very disappointed because this was once a place we truly enjoyed!

When my daughter picked up the order curbside, she and her brother checked... read more I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers well done for takeout from Chili's Grill. When my daughter picked up the order curbside, she and her brother checked it, as I always teach them to do, and noticed they had received 4 cheeseburgers instead. After I sent them a screenshot of the menu order summary, they contacted the restaurant to have the hamburgers remade well done. However, when they got home and distributed the food, one of the cheeseburgers was still pink and not well done. After a long day at work, my husband had to call another local restaurant to order a properly cooked cheeseburger and then go out again to pay for an additional meal because Chili's Grill did not fulfill the order correctly. With rising inflation and gas prices, this level of service is unacceptable.
