they can not leave wakayama without their chuka soba (special bowl ¥980.) ramen with Chinese weizen noodles, generous serve of tender chashu with soy sauce suppe with scaling, bambus shoot and narutomaki (fishcake.) that is probably in my top 3 favorite ramens.
