The food is good, but not remarkable. I ordered a lunch special, a sandwich with soup fries. I only wanted the sandwich, but was charged the full price. When I asked if they would take off some money for the soup fries that I didn't want, they said NO. So Biana's, a little message to you: a Happy Customer comes back, an Unhappy Customer won't.
