Sage - Waitsfield

Dinner here my first night in the area, they have recently updated their menu a few months back from what the staff shared. The food was delicious and it came out very quickly! Images are some of the small plates we ordered together with their new menu. I would definitely recommend a stop here! The bar area seemed cool if you wanted to sit there!

Wonderful experience tonight. Much to choose on the menu and our server Laure was helpful and offers great ideas, including this fabulous bottle of Italian wine. Delicious food and desserts. A nice surprise on our first trip to the area.

We worked with Sage for a sample dinner for the wedding of our couples at Sugarbush Resort. Her food was amazing, her service was wonderful, and they made the planning process a breeze leading to the big day. We cannot recommend this team enough! If you will soon find yourself in Mad River Valley, make sure to stop. You will not regret the visit!

Had a great meal. We have made reservations, but decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was great. Very relaxed and gentle atmosphere.

This is definitely the best meal I've had in quite some time and the fact that I took photos should be proof enough. The menu was different, not to the point of being weird in any way though. The portion sizes were really good as you can see in the photos as well. If you are in the area I would definitely check it out.
