This is a fantastic restaurant with a stunning view. I tried the vegan pasta with tomato sauce, along with bread served with dukkah and roasted pumpkin. The vegetarian option of risotto balls was generous in size. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. View all feedback.

Aside from the salads that could be made vegan, they mentioned that they could prepare pasta with tomato sauce, but it cost around $18. On a positive note, the vegan bread with oil and dakkah was delicious. View all feedback.
This is a great restaurant located near the Waitomo Glowworm Cave. From the balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the scenery and a nearby campground. We ordered the beef steak, boneless beef short ribs, pasta, and a kid's pizza, and everyone loved their meals!
The food and service were outstanding; a big thank you to the chef and Page for taking such great care of us. I ordered the twice-cooked duck leg, which was incredible, while my partner enjoyed the pork hock, claiming it was one of the most delicious dishes she’s had on our trip. For dessert, the sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce is a must-try if you enjoy sweet treats. I highly recommend visiting Huhu if you're in the Waitomo Caves area.
Outstanding service and warm welcoming. When we arrived, it was already late afternoon. We were one of the two tables so food were served faster than usual. I enjoyed the mussels dish and the special inhouse bread.

We had an exceptional meal that was the highlight of our week in New Zealand. We ordered the beer-battered fish and chips, mushroom fettuccine with bacon, and paprika chicken served with Israeli couscous. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were perfect, allowing us to save room for dessert. I highly recommend the apple rhubarb crumble. The service was excellent, too.
