Was Jan Randall at Richies a mag?
Four of us dined in. 3 meals were great but I had the seafood chowder as a main. Good flavour but hardly any seafood to be found which was disappointing as I had specifically asked the waiter what seafood was included and it sounded as if it should have been amazing. Should have complained but were taken there by friends so didn't like to. View all feedback.
What Macca s dislikes about Richies:
Stopped for a coffee (flat-white) on our way to Napier. $6.50 for a large, which wasn't large because half of it was foam. Nice server, but, yeah, coffee was a real rip off. Taste was pleasant enough. View all feedback.

Did not have a good experience at this establishment poor health conditions very poor customer service rude and felt bit harassed and intimidated from staff when i asked to make a complaint ... I went to the shop next door and didn't know that was run from same family ..same attitude towards me as a customer .. that is not the type of behavior and service you pay for Food: 1
Absolutely disappointing. Got a snack box, chips and chicken both came cold over the counter. Would never return or recommend to anyone should be illegal to serve chicken that cold. Overpriced for under quality food not good Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
