Hardee’s - Wairoa Ave, North Bondi

Amanda H. was on duty this morning, April 9, on the drive-thru. What a pleasant experience! She had wonderful manners and was quick with getting my order to me. She asked if I needed condiments as well. I just had to give her and the restaurant a compliment, as it is rare to have someone working in the fast food industry have such nice manners nowadays. Went thru the drive thru.... Crew seemed nice. Slllloow going tho ? maybe there was inside issues but wow, 2 wraps-17 mins aaand I went inside... Aw well, good

If I could give negative stars I would. This store when it is open has the worst customer service. The behavior is prevalent with the management staff. Through the drive through they are rude, arrogant and very condescending to the customer. You have to repeat your order to them several times then they snap at you. Today is the last time I will shop there. Between wrong orders. Such as giving a diabetic customer sweet tea when unsweet was ordered to missing food then not answering the phone too report it to refusing to replace the item I am 61 years old and a small business owner in this same town and I would never treat customers the way they do.

I was running late this morning, actually overslept, so I wasn't able to make breakfast. I grabbed a bacon biscuit from chapin Hardee's and was shocked to see it looked like a heart! Made me ?

It takes forever to get your food. They messed up my order. I had to wait even longer despite no one even being there. The customer service is almost nonexistent there. The chicken tenders are good when they aren't burnt. The fries are good.
