Wendy's - Waipahu

After my grandparents and I would make our weekly food run to Times, we always stopped by Wendy's afterward. I remember sitting in the back of my grandfather's pickup truck, enduring the heat while we waited in line on the bare metal floor. Despite that, I loved enjoying a burger and sipping on a delicious shake. Wendy's fries are simply the best!

Sandwiches/burgers are NOT like the pictures and ads where they are big and juicy. The actual burgers are tiny and dry. Disappointing as it was my first time ordering there. Don't even try the fries with bacon. Yuck!!! FOOD-ZERO Stars BUT the SERVERS 5 Stars. They were VERY NICE. Servers were VERY POLITE.

The food was great, but the staff could use some improvement. The woman taking my order didn’t understand that I wanted the 4 for $7 junior bacon double deluxe meal. Instead, I received just the sandwich without the meal. I experienced poor service, and the floor was consistently sticky. It's time to consider hiring better employees.

Drink station is dirty and disgusting. Also since this location has stopped stocking ranch dressing their salads are not worth it anymore. Too bad will not be dining here until they make changes

We love Wendy?s as it is only 2 blocks from where we live. But, I feel the manager who places supply orders should know the supply/demand of their products. We like their salads look forward to ordering the summer strawberry salad w/ the refreshing Champagne dressing. But, running out of their champagne dressing twice this summer so far) is not going to satisfy customers : . Also, workers packing the take out orders are very careless. They forget to give us our chips,
