Very disappointed in our stay. the infrastructure is beautiful, they are like what is proposed on the site. However, given the price I find there is nothing exceptional. We stayed one night in the area of the high-family. The place is in a beautiful setting, especially under the snow. the room was clean and very well decorated. Everything went well in the whole, but execrable service to the brewery. almost 4 hours waiting for a dish and a dessert. after notifying it at the end of the meal to the server, no reaction from it or excuses. Not only is the price of bathrobe kits not up to date on the site and you do not agree to make a commercial gesture for this but in addition, you can wait 30min your aperitif, 1h the entrance and 1h for the brewery dish you have abandoned for dessert because of the wait, you wanted to take a bottle of wine. the waitress did not know if it was dry or half-sec. When I jumped, it was dry. I don’t like it. I then ask to have a glass of wine from another white wine that they have to open (just a glass! but not even possible to make this gesture despite the wait. service is absolutely scandalous on all points. I'll never come back clearly. a single word to summarize these 2 days that I was looking forward to: disappointment, because the massage and breakfast were good.

We went there as a couple and booked a romantic stay package (including one night, a 3-course meal at the restaurant, a 3-hour spa access, a 60-minute duo massage, a bottle of bubbles in the room).The stay was perfect in all points. impeccable restaurant, spa worthy of the most beautiful addresses, following the unique deer of its kind. and we would especially like to thank the kindness of the staff who has been able to find solutions so that our stay is going on in a wonderful way. especially aurelie to the front office, mme petta to the direction.
