Tiki Tacos - Waimea

Definitely a great mom n pop place. Small place but comfortable seating space.Had an Asada beef quesadilla and a paniolo quesadilla with cabbage and sauce on the side and the spicy guacamole is awesome.Good place to eat in Waimea-Kauai County,

Atmosphere was fun and they played great music. The service was good when they came back to the counter or weren 't on their phones. The food portions are GREAT. The flavor was meh. I had Carne asada and it tasted like unseasoned steak. Zero flavor. Got some mild sauce-tasted like water. Tried the spicey sauce and it was not. Glad I tried it, won 't be back.

We are taco connoisseurs. Was excited to try this place after reading reviews, but was super underwhelmed with the carne and fish tacos, and expected way better with how pricey they were. It is a large taco so I’ll give them that. But the tacos at the Baja Chalupa food truck in Kauai were much better.

This place was amazing, bar far the best tacos I've had on the island so far.Loved the polo loco and the chicken

Out of vegetables, out of tofu, and the real kicker, out of their hot sauce. Overpriced, meats are tasty but pretty dry otherwise. Would’ve been much better with some hot sauce, didn’t find this out until we got our food. Lots of potential, but when we were there poor planning and execution.
