The shaved ice was incredible. So so yummy. Couldn?t have asked for better honestly. The 2 stars is because of the ?forced tip? policy. They only take card. They won?t let you press the screen to choose your own tip option saying, ?I have to press the screen for you.? I would say the best shaved ice I have had, with great selection of in house made flavors.
Employees are nice and the texture of shaved ice is nice and smooth. The flavors and flavor selection is also amazing.
Best shave ice on the island. The ice cream in the center really makes it special.
Actually quite enjoyed the shaved ice we received here as it was not quite like the shaved ice we get in Australia. The ice is nice and soft and the flavor is throughout the dessert. There’s also a sign that lets you know if there are bits that aren’t flavored, they will refill with more syrup so I respect their dedication to making sure you get what you ask.
This place is AMAZING! It's hard to explain how shaved ice can be so good...you have to try it yourself to see. I went there twice while in Maui and loved it each time. I was pleased with the portion size (the kids' size was big enough for me). The flavor selection was great, but not overwhelming. They have a cool policy that you can go to the front of the line for more syrup if you uncover a white/unflavored section of your ice...but that wasn't an issue for us. 10/10...definitely go here when visiting Maui!
