We came here twice during our visit to Maui and loved the fresh food! The mahi salad and Buddha bowl were particularly delicious. If you order a smoothie or açaí bowl, remember to take your ticket to the second truck so that they know to make your item. This is a food truck with lots of outdoor seating under a tent the flies are a little bit annoying if you eat there, but the service is friendly and food is great! View all feedback.
What Joker doesn't like about Ula’ula Cafe:
The place looked inviting, but we did not eat. Just ordered a local papaya smoothy, which was an overpriced crashed ice with mango sirup. it has not seen any or only minimal real fruit content. Can not recommend it. View all feedback.
After some disappointing food truck experiences the day before, we were elated at how good this place was. We had the loco moco with beef and the portions were excellent. We wanted to celebrate our survival of hwy 340 and this was the perfect way to do it.Tip...PLEASE read up about hwy 340 before taking it. I enjoyed parts of it, bit it was super intense and my wife was NOT HAPPY. thank goodness we finished in one piece and had a wonderful lunch at Ula ula afterwards.Try that loco moco with beef patties!!After seeing their 4.8 star rating I'm not surprised. Well done.

Delicious and fresh food. Friendly service. I recommend the Buddha Bowl and Plantation iced tea.Kid-friendliness: They have a table with some items to keep kids occupied/entertained
Great food truck. Very helpful and really nice. Beautiful views of the mountains.
