Super nice place to have a blended coffee, I like the blended drinks. I get a large as the extra large if giant and way to much for me. Also, don’t forget to get a fee stamp card, once it fills up you get a free one. Nice! Cool place to meet up with friends as well.

I always have a soft spot for the Coffee Bean Tea Leaf because it’s nostalgic for me. This locations is clean, the staff are friendly, there’s great customer service. At the time of this review, this particular location has jot adapted the brand’s app online ordering services. Hope they can get that soon; it would really help customers. :

Ordered two watermelon mint teas and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. We got home and the teas had no watermelon flavor at all. The bagel was not good as was difficult to chew and the cream cheese was regular. The cream cheese was not a big deal to me that they got it wrong. Why did they ask? The teas and the bagel were awful so I called and spoke with Kelly. He said he guessed I could come back. So I did. Once I got there he asked where the other tea was. I brought one with me and the other one was thrown away with the bagel/cream cheese. He remade the teas but said he had made them right before. This time they turned out super super sweet. I would think there is a certain way they are made. Seems like he dumped in the watermelon syrup this time just because. He said he cut the bagel himself and it was fine and that he doubted if he made me another one I would even like it. I said ok. He gave me a credit for the bagel. He then said next time bring a receipt. I did have the receipt and showed it to him. I stopped coming to this location a while ago due to the poor customer service. Now I will go across the street to Jamba or SB before I go back to this CB&TL. They need better training not only with how to make the drinks/food but also customer service.
