What Roxanne Kealoha doesn't like about Rays Deli & Lounge:

I ordered a fried chicken dinner plate for $16 which is supposed to include 4 pieces of fried chicken as stated in print on the menu. I received a plate with 4 pieces tiny chicken wings as a result. They have chicken wings in the pupu menu for $14 which includes 7 pieces chicken wings as stated in the menu. If I wanted chicken wings, I... View all feedback. What Kama a likes about Rays Deli & Lounge:
My favorite bar. You see the same bunch of nice uncles that sing karaoke. I can go here and not worry. and owner sandy is a sweet heart. Food is ono. Spam sandwich is a must-try. I would suggest locals only... not tourist allowed lol. This is for safety, I promise I'm not racist. View all feedback.

read moreRays is a mixed bag of reviews, with some customers raving about the friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and welcoming staff, while others warn of sketchy vibes and watered-down drinks. The menu offers a variety of pupus, dinner plates, and drinks, with highlights like the tender chicken katsu and the ono spam sandwich. The karaoke nights are a hit, and the sweet owner Sandy and bartenders like Hoku receive praise for their hospitality. Overall, Rays seems to be a go-to spot for locals looking for a relaxed hangout with good food and drinks.
The restaurant is overpriced and the food isn't greatThey use Velveeta for their cheese, which is finebut not when the burger is $17.
The location was ideal for us as we waited for our flight to San Jose at Gate #23.
I got the island burgerIt was really underwhelming.
