What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I ordered two coffees, but they only recorded one. I ended up having to pay for the second one at the last window. I was instructed to wait in the parking lot for my order, but they were too busy and completely forgot about me. Eventually, I just decided to leave. View all feedback.
Kihei needs to improve its customer service at the drive-thru window. On Wednesday, February 10th, around 4:15 PM, the staff member was quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I was disappointed by the experience.
The COVID precautions are excellent, and they offer some unique items not found on the mainland, such as Portuguese sausage with egg and rice. Although it may seem simple, it tastes fantastic!

Keep getting my order wrong. Left out the cheese in my Mcchicken 3 different times now eventhough it's on the label
It'd be nice when I order if they gave me all my order or it was right
