I recently had the pleasure of dining at this chill spot in Hawaii, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious and offered great value compared to nearby restaurants. As a bonus, the restaurant was full of local people, which added to the authentic atmosphere. But the real highlight of the evening was the live Hawaiian band that played traditional music daily. The music adde... View all feedback.

I will change my review once I get to eat here. Arrived at 4:00 p.m. on a Monday and they were closed. Also Google has the wrong location, it's farther down the building then is indicated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.

Guava tree! Best grinds, ono guava drinks and custom shots. Always have live music, and it's really good music! David with the dreads and Gomega is my favorite musicians. They are both terrific talented solo musicians. Esa (spelling) is favorite bartender. The guy with pony tail darn I couldn't hear his name is a good waiter. Everything on their menu is delicious. Cold AC, bring jacket. A little clicky with groups, not a bad you want to go to alone because you will drink alone, no one will join you lol. But it's a nice bar to take visiting family to because music, drinks, and food is great. Nice local joint to have your family remember as a ho-to place when they visit Maui
Not much to say on this, it has changed a lot since watercress and was my to go place for ox tail soup but that recipie changed drastically as well and is no longer good to me, tasted more like teriyaki yoshida sauce soup.
This place is amazing. We were visiting for a few weeks and stopped here on our way back to the place we were staying. Everything from the drinks, to the food (get the mahi garlic bowl) to the service was amazing. Also I didn't know that chickens liked to sit in trees until I saw it with my own eyes outside the window. Highly recommend it.
Only place open late in Kahului. We had somewhat of a hard time figure out where it was but we are glad we followed through. Was surprisingly one of the best places we ate during our entire trip! When we walked through we were greeted by one of the owners and really enjoyed the live music! We ordered the Chicken Katsu and the Ahi Butter Bowl and we drank a Guava Mule! Highly, 10/10 recommend! We will be back someday!
