After visiting the Steinplatte we headed into Waidring in search of Kaffee und Kuchen and stumbled upon this restaurant with a beautiful garden which was pleasa... read more After visiting the Steinplatte we headed into Waidring in search of Kaffee und Kuchen and stumbled upon this restaurant with a beautiful garden which was pleasantly shaded from the hot sunshine. The staff were very pleasant, and the Torte was luscious, containing the most delicious strawberries, washed down with a lovely mug of peppermint tea. We were impressed that the food and drinks were all very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!

Um i... read more Das Essen ist gut bürgerlich und sehr sehr gut. Im Gastgarten kann man es so richtig geniessen. Wenn im Garten nichts mehr geht, sieht es schon anders aus. Um in eine schöne Gaststube zu gelangen mussm man an der Bar vorbei wo in der Regel heftig geraucht wird. Das gefällt uns leider überhaupt nicht; wir schauen dann zur Türe herein und wenn uns die Rauchwolkenentgegen kommen, gehen wir lieber wieder
