Kfc - Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo

Chicken was old- 3 piece meal was 2 drumsticks and a thigh. Fries were cold. Staff was nice and friendly

First off homeless at front door asking you to buy them food, second, they say no white meat (breasts) but I can see them in the warmer. Maybe because a don’t look like a local. Sad.Update; I got in my car and ordered online for pickup, guess what, they did have white meat!! Why was I turned away the first time??

8:00pm I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they said they was out and they can’t make a new batch. Out of all the KFC I went to this is the only KCF that does this… I work in KFC before on another Island and we always had the best customer service and always make a new Batch to make customers happy … I never ever heard of this before this generation of worker is not the same and the old school people I worked with Good luck Hilo KFC

Very spacious inside, quiet and the staff were nice. Food was delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious inside for a wheelchair to move around and handicap parking.

Haven't had chicken strips for awhile strips were good had a hard time understanding what the lady was saying strong accent all I heard was numbers. Anyways, 6 strips for 20 bucks wow! Very over priced that's more than 98 percent of overpriced local plate lunches! If you looking for choke grinds for your buck this is not the place the strips were good but not that good.
