I highly recommend taking the coffee and cacao tour at this restaurant! They serve natural and water-processed coffee, as well as fresh cocoa nibs in their whole bean form. You will also get to experience the many layers of flavor in their chocolate.

The restaurant is located in a building that used to be a sugar cane factory. The warehouse is still operational and has a unique atmosphere. The interior is dimly lit and filled with cane sugar, salt, and various Asian goods. Due to the coronavirus, there were no other customers around. I was unable to try different samples of coffee as they did not have paper cups available, but the four types I ordered all tasted very similar.

We took a tour of the restaurant and Jonathan did an excellent job! It was super cool to see how everything is done and all the effort that goes into it. Kudos to the owners for using so many recycled items in their shop and for helping with the soap production process (doors, screens, tapered floor panels). The sampling of their silk was also a highlight, and they will make great gifts! I highly recommend making a stop here. The staff are very friendly and we were even given a gift at the end of the tour. Thank you!
