Xiù Yì - 外ヶ浜町

I ordered the tuna bowl (2,000 yen). It was just as good as the famous tuna bowls from Oma and Tonoi, and the price was reasonable. What surprised me was that they also offered fresh sea urchin, which I didn't order this time as I had just had sea urchin tuna bowl in Shikotsu recently, but I would like to try it next time. The service was excellent, as they immediately handed me the bowl menu as soon as they saw that I was a tourist. The owner seemed a bit aloof as he remained silent throughout our meal, but after finishing eating and putting on a mask, he became friendly and started chatting with us about our travels, which impressed me with his sense of social distancing. We even received a Sanchimaru tuna sticker as a gift after the meal. I would definitely want to stop by again when traveling in the Tsugaru Peninsula.

It seemed like it was just before lunchtime when we peeked inside the restaurant, but we were welcomed in with a reassuring "It's okay." Luckily, we were able to try the tuna that had been caught the day before. It was my first time trying unfrozen tuna, and it was incredibly delicious with a firm and meaty texture.

Visited on the way back from seeing the winter scenery of the Tsugaru Strait. The tuna is famous, but instead of going all out with tuna, I ordered the tuna sushi for 3000 yen. The cost performance is not that great, but the otoro nigiri and uni nigiri were exquisite. When I mentioned that I came by train, they even gave me a ride to Sanmaya station. Thank you, nice chef!

三厩でふらりと立ち寄りました。 特上握りは、これにウニ、イクラ各1貫と、鉄火巻き小さいのが3巻つきました。 これで2,000円は破格！ 勿論味もサイコーでした 常連さんには、昆布巻きめし 正式名称不明 ご馳走になりました。納豆巻きを海苔では無く薄い半乾燥昆布でです。 ここでしか食べられないオリジナルです。 大将御夫妻のお人柄、常連さんとのやり取りも良かったです。店内が暖かい雰囲気で良かったです。是非、再訪したいお店の一つです。

初めて伺い、ウニまぐろ丼を頂きました。 お世辞抜きでホントに美味しかったです。 ウニの鮮度は海で捕れたてを食べてるくらいの味でした。食べた事があるからこそホントに美味しかったです。 大将も女将さんもすごく感じが良くて、値段以上のサービスと味で大満足でした。 電話してから行くのをオススメします。
