Subway - Wahpeton

5/8/2022Stopped here on the way home and they were really hustling from the customers when I got there. Nice effort. They were friendly enough and they interacted nicely with their regulars.They paid less attention to me, but I could see they were busy so I'll let that slice. However, they were pretty stingy with the tuna on my tuna sandwich.

Good food workers are very organized a lot of sitting restaurant kept very clean.

Food was good and fresh. Great customer service. Was annoying to hear that speaker every few seconds. That there was another order.

I was charged a $3 tip without being asked, and the staff was unfriendly while I was ordering. This is the second time this has happened, and I've decided I'm done with that place.

The restaurant recently underwent a renovation, and they did a commendable job with it. However, having only two employees working during dinner rushes is a step backwards. Either the management is unaware of the need for a robust schedule during peak hours, or they are simply neglecting it. I also noticed some issues on the vegetable side of the line; it seemed like I might have missed out on some veggies in my dish. I didn’t expect weird toppings like anointing or green tomatillo, and something that was meant to resemble bacon didn’t taste like bacon at all. The overall quality has really declined, and I was quite disappointed, particularly with the broth, which was underwhelming.
