And then reiterated by saying the person it was for us very picky and will cry if there 's cheese on it. Get it, check it. There 's cheese. We send it back in. They just scrape the cheese off! You don 't just take the burger back and scrape off the cheese. Incredibly disappointed tonight. And of course, the person it was for couldn 't even eat it.

I asked if I could get a drink and they refused it as well. They said they were only talking call ahead orders . This is the most ridiculous situation I've ever experienced!
