Description
At this Ohio KFC, experiences clash: the original-recipe chicken can be moist and excellent, and plant-based and potato dishes (mashed potatoes, potato bowls, cookies) show promise, but inconsistency mars visits—cold chicken, lukewarm fries, congealed gravy and oily, pricey meatless options were reported. Service and training appear uneven, raising speed and sanitary concerns for some diners. Budget-focused takeout seekers may find occasional highlights, but expect variable quality and service; try the State Road/Falls location if available.

Not very good. The chicken had a white slime under the breading. The chicken had little taste. The mashed potatoes were not good. They seemed to be old, the gravy was like magic shell, It was almost set up on the potatoes.
The potato bowl could use a bit more cheese sauce, as the fries are placed under the mashed potatoes, but they are still tasty until the cheese and bacon are finished. The classic chicken is consistently moist and delicious.
Outstanding food and service! The chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious, along with many other wonderful options!
The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The chicken was standard KFC fare, and the fries were quite disappointing – they could have stuck with the potato wedges instead. What really frustrated me, though, was the young man who appeared to be the manager. He did not offer any support or training to an older lady who was working the cash register on her first day, especially when she was struggling. It honestly seemed like she hadn't received any training at all. I probably wouldn’t return here unless it were the only option available.
