In town for work from out of state. Last night in the area so I wanted something quick. Ordered a chicken salad double meat from the lifestyle section on the app. Does it look like anything is missing to be considered a salad, like lettuce maybe? Spend your money at a local Mexican restaurant instead and avoid this location...
I'm a regular at this location and ordinarily the service is great. However, the current crew has messed up my order the past two times. The first time I asked for chicken. Didn't realize until I got home they gave me steak. This past Friday, I asked for black beans on my salad, and I was able to stop her from giving me pinto instead, and as per my usual I asked for chicken, but somehow got pork and I missed that until again was at home. And the cashier missed my chips... but sure charged me for them. While this will not stop me from going to Chipotle, it does mean I will be watching the servers much more closely and I will try not to be too rude when I correct the workers. This was while I was ordering in front of them. This is exactly why I will not order online. I never received a correct order when ordering ahead.

Pick up 2 to go orders today. Never again, the portions don’t match walk ins vs online orders. I called and asked for the manger. She told me they weight orders to go but not in store. My burrito bowl was upside down. It looked like a kids portion. Disgusting what this store does. She said call 1800 chipotle for a refund. After explaining the nightmare. They offered us coupon. Chipotle is a joke and location disgusting.
Ordered online twice, both times order was missing or tagged incorrectly. No apologies offered.
