Brezza Pizza Kitchen - Wading River
Brezza Pizza Kitchen
Description
In a bustling dining scene, this restaurant has garnered mixed reviews recently. While some patrons praise the excellent takeout service and recommend standout dishes like Buffalo Chicken Pizza and pasta fagioli, others express disappointment over declining pizza quality and inconsistent service. Cash payments only add to customer frustrations, especially with uncomfortable tipping practices after average service. Despite some negative experiences regarding taste and attitude, many customers appreciate the warm atmosphere and large drink selection. Overall, while the restaurant remains a popular spot for quick meals, it may need to address service and quality concerns to retain loyal patrons.

Given how expensive everything is, I'm always cautious when it comes to ordering takeout. I don't want to waste my hard-earned money on subpar food. However, since it's the day after Christmas and I didn't feel like cooking, I decided to try Brezza. They have a weekday special of 2 extra-large pizzas and 12 garlic knots for around $35. Let me tell you, I'm so happy I chose Brezza! Not only was the price reasonable, but the pizza was tasty and the garlic knots were generously sized. The girl at the counter was very friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and Brezza will now be our go-to spot for pizza!
Only pay with cash!!! I’m so sick and tired of the screen flip around for a tip. We used to tip for exceptional service. I order 2 slices of pizza, guy moves them from the counter to the oven. Stands there on his phone for 3 minutes hands me the pizza and rings me up. Next thing I know he says “Watch the screen for next options” and it’s to tip him for service. What exactly is this business asking to be tipped for? Warming up pizza and ignoring the customer to be on the phone? Do the employees not get paid enough hourly? Why does this business feel the need to request a tip for service that was mediocre and literally all he did was his basic minimum wage skilled job. So sick and tired of the screen flip around!!! Enough! Only pay with cash to avoid the awkward tip request for doing not a damn thing exceptional!
We stopped at this restaurant one evening for dinner with our children, about three hours before closing time. There were only about 5 or 6 slices of pizza available to choose from, which was not exactly what we were hoping for. We decided to stay because we didn't feel like driving somewhere else. The service was just okay. We wondered if there were new owners, as things seemed different. It was quite cold inside the restaurant, and with no heat on, we felt the chill every time the door opened. Despite these issues, the pizza was decent, so we might consider returning in the future, hoping for better warmth and a wider selection of options.
I recently ordered the medium catering package from Brezza Pizza Kitchen after seeing an advertisement in a local newspaper. The package included a 3 ft. hero and chicken fingers, which are not typically offered at other pizza places. Brezza also allowed me to swap one dish for another. The food was prepared on time and I was happy to see that garlic knots and Italian bread were included. By paying with cash, I received a 3.5% discount. Most importantly, the food was delicious. I ordered penne a la vodka, sausage and peppers, chicken parmesan, an Italian hero, and a garden salad. All 30 of my guests were very satisfied with the meal. Thank you, Brezza, for making sure that my Christmas Eve celebration was enjoyed by everyone. Kathy C. Rocky Point, NY.
