We ate and WOW! Best customer service I had in over a decade. Patrick took our order, gave us our drinks and sat down. He also brought us our food so we didn't have to get up. my man and I are there on Saturday before I go to the food auction. we ordered the giant fish sandwiches, fried and lg koks. the bank was busy writing on the phone next to the register. we have orders. they gave us regular kokse, the pommes were in order, but the fish sandwiches was literally a big hate full of teersauce and shiny. there was a small piece of fish between all the moss. My husband and I visited Captain D's on Saturday before heading to the Food Auction. We ordered the Giant Fish sandwiches, fried, and large Cokes. The cashier seemed distracted, busy texting on her phone next to the register. When we received our order, we were given regular Cokes instead of the large ones we asked for. The fries were decent, but the fish sandwiches were disappointing; they were essentially large buns filled with tartar sauce and slaw, with just a tiny piece of fish hidden inside all that mush. It seemed like the employees didn't really care about their work. I can say for certain that I won't be spending another $17+ at that Captain D's location again.
We dined here and it was incredible! The customer service was the best I've experienced in over a decade. Patrick took our order, brought us our drinks, and even sat down to chat with us. He also delivered our food so we didn’t have to get up. The dining area and restrooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff members were all smiles, greeting us with friendliness and politeness. It was a fantastic meal. Thank you!
CHECK THE SELL-BY DATE! I had dinner there yesterday, and as always, the food was good and well-prepared. Your coleslaw is amazing! However, I ordered a baked potato and received a packet of sour cream that expired two weeks ago! I’ll be okay, but that’s not acceptable! I’ll still give you four stars.
