Nice, simple hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the breakfast ok. Dinner ist very nice. The only problem is the reception, which is only open after 4 pm. I asked the hotel to book a taxi for me, which unfortunately did not work out... Service: 3 View all feedback.
What Gerd Mattheiss doesn't like about Dagstuhler Hof:
We wanted to treat ourselves to a cozy coffee at 9:00 a.m. and according to Google Maps, the Dagstuhler Hof should actually be open. Unfortunately we were faced with closed doors and so we went to another café. Location: 3 View all feedback.

In mid-February, Khalid Arabe and companion of life Svetlana Lipnitzki reopened the Dagstuhler Hof in Wadern. A house with up to 40 seats, the story literally breathes. I would like to build on the 150 years of tradition, the 57 years of age. As in his former restaurant L ́ Arganier in the Saarbrücker Handelshof, Arabe is relying on a high-quality French Mediterranean cuisine with influences from his home Morocco. Oriental apron he calls what gives his courts the typical character and what so many fans find. For six years Khalid Arabe had pressed his stamp on the L ́Arganier. After that, the chef left the listed Stengelbau to face a new challenge. In March 2019 he found it as a tenant in the restaurant Weiherhof in the Nunkirchener Golfpark. Before changing to the L ́Arganier he had been responsible for the kitchen in the restaurant of the Forest House Neuhaus for over eight years. Khalid Arabe showed and shows himself not only with regard to his sites of activity, but also with regard to his life or Life section Companions.He must know himself. In the heart of Wadern, Arabe wants to open a terrace with 30 seats to enjoy the delicious dishes even in the open air. Wadern's Mayor Joche Kuttler is also delighted to welcome the new host people. I was involved in switching the rooms to the two, says the managing director, who is also a fan of a good kitchen. And the city supports the new Arab project with a rental grant.
