The Old Tea House - Wadebridge

Lovely service, good coffee and absolutely delicious scones! Also probably the best bacon roll I've ever had. Would certainly recommend. Full breakfast, filled rolls, scrambled egg on toast or poached egg avo on toast available. Range of homemade cakes too.

I stumbled upon this fantastic tea shop located off a side street after noticing an advertisement on the main road in Wadebridge. I'm so glad we discovered it! The cream teas and milkshakes we tried were absolutely delicious. The scones were warm and incredibly light, served with plenty of jam and, even more importantly, clotted cream. The strawberry and Oreo milkshakes were incredibly flavorful as well. Without a doubt, this place ranks among our all-time favorite spots for cream teas (and milkshakes) — and trust me, we've enjoyed way too many over the years. The decor is lovely, the seating is comfortable, and they even have outdoor tables. I highly recommend this charming spot!

This tea shop is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff were attentive and checked on us promptly. The scones were soft and warm, perfectly meeting our nutritional needs. We also enjoyed delicious strawberry, chocolate, and mint milkshakes. We will definitely be returning!

I absolutely adored this hidden gem! It's nestled away from the main shopping area. I had a cream tea, and I highly recommend it. The owner and staff were delightful!
