The pancakes I got tasted like baking soda/powder and the hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedict was more like a salad dressing and not at all like a real hollandaise sauce.

Enjoyed their breakfast burrito modified with egg whites and chicken, covered in green sauce. It was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh, even the coffee was good?! If you are going through Waco, I would recommend a stop here for food with friends.
