Twisted Pickle Deli - Feedback

What Mark Lutz doesn't like about Twisted Pickle Deli:
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. If a customer is having a bad day due to the business opening late or not opening at all, they should be greeted with kindness instead of being told they look angry when their order takes more than half an hour and there is no iced tea available.
