I recently ordered a take-out pizza from Papa John's and it was a terrible experience. We were promised that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes but it ended up taking 40 minutes. The staff were rude when we picked it up and didn't apologize. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and wants a quality pizza. View all feedback. Ordered pizza for 6:15 from the app. At 6:15 they told us it would be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting inside we asked them for an update and they said 10 more minutes or they can give us a refund. After waiting another 15 minutes they told us they weren’t sure how long it would be. Worst papa John’s I’ve ever been to. View all feedback.
