I got there w... read more I would give a -00 if I could! My family is traveling and stopped at this location. I had a child that was sleep so we went through drive through. I got there was no line at 9:03 pm and waited and waited. I finally went into the restaurant and asked for the manager at 9:36 because we still was waiting and people walked in that was sitting was already getting threes food and the drive thru line behind us went and left total of 8 cars. The manager Alan acted like it was no concern stated the tickets got mixed up. But once again you bring the food and out and continued to see my car. I very respectful so I was trying to be patient and just wait. I went inside being respectful and was offered a refund. Poor customer service so glad my Culver’s restaurant at home is nothing like this and they had about 8 workers. Very disappointed!!!
