What Richard Isbell likes about Longhorn Steakhouse:
The Longhorn has always been a favorite of ours. I generally order the salmon, baked sweet potato and salad. My companion enjoys the steak, baked potato and salad. Total Embarrassment. I talked up Longhorn to my friends, so today we all went. I got a salad with a bug in it, my neighbor had ordered broccoli as a side and never got it and the couple that drove us there got steaks not to order. This was seriously a kitchen issue, not our waitress. Management was notified about all issues, and even came to the table to bring the correctly cooked steaks yet did not even offer an apo...
