Horrible customer service. The man working there is very grumpy. I inquired why the price online is different from when I bought he was very rude about it and had no explanation. I won't be coming back for sure! View all feedback.
Bad and rude customer service! The lady cashier even doesn’t understand cold or hot. I read from the app for a free iced drink, but she make a hot one and charge me. Even though she scan the free drink barcode. Seams no trainings at all!

Don’t know how to make drink there is no sugar in my refresher
I usually rate Dunkin high. Not this one. Poor/rude customer service. Go to the one on Devon and Crawford. Worth the drive.
