Very nice staff and quick service. Watched as one of the staff had memorized a regulars order. Where everybody knows your name

First off, let me start by saying we walked in with no employee to greet us. Now, I don't usually need someone to say hello to me, but the fact is that there was NO ONE there. My friend and I stood there for about 11 minutes until the lady actually showed up. And when she did, she was ON THE PHONE. She had the audacity to ask us to wait for a second. She talked very quietly and I asked for a specific order for my drink, she told me in a rude manner that I needed to be charged extra, where as everywhere else I go I DONT GET CHARGED. I'm not satisfied with this place, don't go there. The service is horrible.

What is it with all the Baskin Robbins that have no chocolate sauce within their establishments. I asked for a chocolate shake made with Vanilla ice cream. The girl behind the counter was stumped. And when I asked for chocolate syrup in the shake further confusion. Shame. You lost me on this one!

Always a quick service with nice people! The lines aren't super long during weekday mornings. There're plenty of people who hang out with coffee, people on the go, and high school students. The mobile order is so easy to pick up.

They allow homeless people to use the WiFi while they're on Youtube.
