Wendy's - W Lincolnway, Valparaiso

Alec is always the most helpful when taking my order. He walked around the store picking stuff up and checking on all the customers that were attending today. He asked us all if we're enjoying our food. He's the most polite person and helpful in your establishment.

I really like Wendy 's but THIS Wendy 's is really just awful in every way. The food is cold and gross.... The employees are the issue, I 've left the location 2xs because of incompetent employees. Once when I was ordering a kids meal and the guy seriously just could not pull it together and another time when there were 5 employees standing around on their phones and messing around while we stood at the counter for over 5 minutes only to have someone finally come up and say, we 'll be with you in a few minutes . Just do better!

Very rude manager. Made my chili all liquid; that's really sad . I hope everyone reads this review and goes to the other location on us. 30.where they try and do what pleases there customers. Great manager down there.

Food was mostly cold with some warm spots, chewy, inedible….The person who took my order was friendly.

Wendy's, like most fast food restaurants, is experiencing help shortages. That said, service was a little slow. The server was more than just serving, she was fantastic at her attempts to proficiently serve the drive through customers. She deserves 5 foe her work performance. The food was of good, no complaints. Will, continue to patronize and recommend Wendy's.
