Feedback
In a blissfully serendipitous moment, someone forgot to include my tartar sauce with the walleye entrée! It was shocking! How could anyone eat walleye without tartar sauce? HOW?! Surprisingly, walleye can actually be devoured swiftly and joyfully on its own! I'm thankful the tartar sauce was overlooked—the walleye doesn't require anything, let alone tartar sauce. The breading is fantastic, and the portion is generous. I wish I could say I tried the coleslaw this time, but my colleagues practically drank it like a shot, so maybe next time for me. Speaking of next time, I also didn’t receive my order of unseasoned, fresh-cut fries and didn’t have time to go back for them. So, I called and spoke to a manager, asking to have them on my next visit. The manager assured me that would be arranged, and that my name was in the “credit book”—I must admit I love the idea of my name listed in a ledger with a note for complimentary fresh-cut fries in a secret, hidden book at DeMario’s. It’s yet another delightful coincidence—I’m glad the fries were forgotten because it means I can return to DeMario’s again this week, just for me (without my colleagues)—the walleye, the bianco pizza, the coleslaw, and the fries will all be mine. Highly recommended!
